I started working with Coach Jon because I wanted to learn about nutrition.  I felt overwhelmed by the amount of information out there, I tried so many things, and couldn’t seem to stick to anything.  I ended up feeling like I didn’t know what to do.

Working with Coach Jon has taught me that patience is important on this journey, it has ups and downs. The best chance for success is to implement simple, healthy habits that aren’t so restrictive that they make me want to quit.  He has supported me through some really tough times and kept me going when I wanted to quit.

I feel 10 times more confident, my clothes fit better, I have more energy, basically I got my life back.  I realized that it doesn’t need to be complicated, and most times, simple is not only more effective, it’s just better.


What I appreciate most with Coach Jon is that I wasn’t just thrown a meal plan and basically forgotten about (this happened with a previous coach).  He has helped me discover my inner superhero, really.

He has given me the confidence to say “I can do this, I’m strong, capable, and bumps in the road don’t stop me anymore”.


My message to Coach Jon is this:

You have been available, honest and very informative. Working with you has absolutely changed my life for the better. Even when I feel down and am not making great choices , I am reminded that I have you encouraging me, and supporting me to be the best version of myself.

I feel accountability to the process because I have someone to walk through it with me.  You have been the absolute best supporter, mentor, coach and friend to me during this journey.  Thank you so much for all you do, I truly appreciate you Jon!

I am so grateful for everything this journey had to teach me, whether it be through the struggle, or the successes- and he has helped me to learn to embrace both.
